Winter is a time for us to reflect on the past year.  We reflect about how we spent our time.  We ask ourselves what we could have done better or what we can do that is different and new in the coming year.  We'll spend alot of time talking in the office or by the fire sipping hot chocolate. We'll reflect on what went well and what didn't.  We'll do alot  of reading to get new ideas.  And then we'll do some cross country skiing, sledding and if the ice freezes some ice skating.  What will you do this winter?
