Twin Ponds is hosting a family HOEDOWN on the FARM starting at 6pm. Join us in our event barn for some old fashioned family fun. BBQ will be served all day by Blowing Smoke, limited chicken BBQ available starting at 5pm. Bring the family come early and meander the maze, go pumpkin picking, take a hay ride and more ( Saturday admission rates applied) Coming just for the HOEDOWN, fantastic, that's free, just come with your boots on. BBQ is priced separately, so some bring some cash and purchase a meal before the dancing begins and lounge around the event barn. Small bonfire with smores to follow. Should end around 9:30. No advance tickets needed, but drop us a line to say you are coming and invite your friends. Notice this is at our second location on the FARM, not at the Greenhouse.

Tricky Tray Fundraiser
For over a year now we have been assisting Heart to Heart Children's Village in Honduras putting in a garden. In addition to assisting with the needs and knowledge of what it takes to grow in Honduras we have also been sponsoring a young man named Francisco. Francisco had been in the village since a very young boy, he was our main man in taking care of the garden in Honduras, growing, weeding and harvesting. While he was finishing up his final year in school we knew we wanted to be able to offer him an opportunity to come and continue his education here in the states. He is a very bright, hard working and self motivating young man. Well it has worked out, though it was not easy, that he is here staying with us and attending Chapel Field Christian School for his Senior year. Chapel Field has given us a significant scholarship for him, with the remaining cost for his schooling there to be $4000. We are hosting this fund raiser in hopes to be able to raise some support to pay this tuition. While he is here he will be gleaning any and all knowledge of our business to take back with him. I am sure you will meet Francisco either at the greenhouse or at the FARM and when you do welcome him with a warm smile.
Join us October 12th at The FARM, 531 River Road, for the Tricky Tray, open for viewing at 6pm, calling will begin at 7pm.
